Our development model is no longer viable. It widens inequalities, weakens living organisms and accelerates global warming. It mortgages a livable future. We urgently need to change it.
And who better than companies to act quickly, efficiently and on a large scale?
Companies have all the qualities needed to be the main drivers of this change of model.
This is the founding conviction of the permaentreprise model, which, inspired by permaculture, aims to create value by jointly respecting three ethics:
- taking care of people,
- preserve the planet,
- create value by setting limits and sharing wealth.
A requirement that forces us to question ourselves, to make sober and regenerative use of resources, and to innovate on all fronts. But in the end, it gives those who embrace it a head start and a robustness in the face of the challenges of the 21st century.
In this workshop, you'll discover the components of a perma-business model and the 5 key steps of the method.
- Aligning a raison d'être with the ethical principles of perma-business

This workshop will give you a quick overview of the perma-company reference framework. Your knowledge of the 5 steps will enable you to imagine the path you need to build to embark your organization on a new model.

Raison d'Être workshop
A workshop to discover the specificity and robustness of a perma-company-style raison d'être.
- Discovery and analysis of existing raison d'être
- Introducing the ikigai tool and how it works
- Perma-company method for formulating raison d'être
- Verification of alignment of purpose with the 3 perma-company ethical principles
- Anchoring the raison d'être to the company's reality.
Aligned with the three ethical principles and anchored in the company's reality, the raison d'être will become a compass for the frame of reference to be built, the decisions to be made and the meaning of everyone's work within the company. It will guarantee the coherence of the company's development.

La Fresque du Climat workshop
The Climate Fresco is a fun, rigorous workshop based on the scientific foundations of the IPCC. In three hours, it uses collective intelligence to understand the phenomena involved in climate change. More importantly, it inspires people to take action. That's why it's been massively supported by all those who have tried it out. The workshop has already been run in all spheres of society, and in particular with the Executive Committees of major international groups, as well as ministerial cabinets. It is also one of the workshops selected for the Ecological Transition training of 25,000 government executives.
Whether the members of your organization are novices or experts, a Climate Fresco workshop is the best way to engage employees and managers in these issues.
